ジェームス・チェンは、建築デザイナーであり理論家であり、建築技術と建築そのものの生産に関する作品を作成し、理論化している。 ジェームスは現在、ハーバード大学デザイン大学院のデザイン候補生の修士号を取得している。南カリフォルニア建築学院で、デザイン理論学と教育学の修士号と学士号を取得した。最近、ジェームスは、人工知能建築の製造方法に興味を持っている。
